HR Generalist: Human Resources (Monday - Friday)

Job Description RemX is seeking a HR Generalist to support a corporate Human Resources team during a medical leave. This role is ideal for an HR professional with 2-5 years of experience who enjoys working behind the scenes to keep HR operations organized and running smoothly.

The position will focus on HR coordination, reporting, presentation development, documentation, employee lifecycle administration, and project support. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with confidential information in a fast-paced corporate environment

Hours : 8 am- 5 pm Monday-Friday
Hybrid work schedule - 4 days in office, 1 from home
Pay: 28-34/hr based on experience

Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the Human Resources team.
Attend meetings and document key discussion points, decisions, and next steps.
Create professional PowerPoint presentations and other materials for leadership meetings and HR initiatives.
Compile, maintain, and analyze HR reports and workforce data using Excel and HRIS systems.
Maintain employee records and ensure HR files and documentation remain organized and compliant.
Assist with audits, reporting requests, compliance activities, and special projects.
Support process improvement initiatives and help streamline administrative HR functions.
Partner with HR leadership and internal departments to ensure effective communication and execution of HR-related activities.
2-5 years of Human Resources experience.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems (WorkDay) and employee record management.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
