Lead our IT initiatives to ensure seamless transit operations and make a tangible impact in the public sector.Job OverviewAs the Project Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for our Professional IT Services contract. You will oversee planning, coordination, and management to deliver successful outcomes. Your role includes overseeing daily operations, ensuring compliance, managing service quality, and providing strategic guidance for technology planning and IT governance.RequirementsMinimum 10 years of Project Management experience.Experience managing enterprise IT operations.Experience managing infrastructure, networks, servers, cybersecurity, and end-user support.Ability to manage vendor relationships and service delivery.Knowledge of disaster recovery and business continuity planning.Experience with Microsoft 365 administration.Experience managing VMware and Hyper-V environments.Experience supporting fleet management applications.Experience with IT procurement planning.DesirableITIL-based service management experience.Experience managing technology modernization initiatives.CertificationsPreferred: PMP (Project Management Professional)ITIL 4 FoundationMicrosoft Certified: Azure FundamentalsWork on-site twice per week, with flexible hours to suit your schedule. This is a hybrid role with no remote work option. Applicants must be US citizens.
