Contract Corporate RecruiterWe're partnering with a rapidly growing national organization to hire an experienced Contract Recruiter to support continued expansion across multiple corporate business functions. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast paced environment, partnering closely with hiring leaders, and owning the full recruiting lifecycle.Hourly rate range: $Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake through offer.Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring priorities and develop recruiting strategies.Manage candidate pipelines and ensure an exceptional candidate experience.Prioritize multiple searches while maintaining quality and speed.Utilize recruiting technology and AI tools to improve efficiency.Required Qualifications:8+ years of full cycle corporate recruiting experience. Experience from staffing and other corporate recruitment from retail, consumer products, creative, customer services related industries will be required.Experience partnering directly with hiring managers and business leaders.Experience using modern ATS platforms (Oracle preferred) and LinkedIn Recruiter.Familiarity with AI recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter Insights, ChatGPT, Claude, or Metaview will be highly preferred.Solomon Page offers a comprehensive benefit program for hourly employees.
