We strive to be the apparel distributor of choice while inspiring and fostering growth for customers, employees and suppliers through our core values of service, deep relationships, innovation, continuous improvement and accountability.About The RoleCoordinates and directs the design, construction, maintenance, and alteration of equipment, machinery, buildings and other facilities by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate employees.Compensation & ScheduleHourly - based on experienceMonday - Friday (full-time, non-exempt)What You Will DoProvides for maintenance of existing plant facilities and equipment in collaboration with Plant Manager who will make recommendations for replacement or adjustments to plant facilities and equipment when necessary.Aids in maintaining preventative maintenance programs.Aids with HVAC systems, electrical/ lighting systems, plumbing systems, computer wiring, security services, janitorial services and other factors.Performs audits to support facility safety.Engaged in equipment installation, facilities equipment repair, and preventative maintenance.Safety, LOCK OUT TAG OUT, HAZMAT trainingKey RelationshipsReports directly to the Director of Facilities. Ability to develop, read, analyze, and interpret complex documents such as sales plans and forecasts. Ability to make effective and persuasive presentations to senior management, employee groups, and customers.Mathematical Skills:Ability to court, measure and maintain purchase budget for parts.Ability to apply principles of logical or scientific thinking to a wide range of intellectual and practical problems. Ability to deal with non-verbal symbolism (formula, scientific equations, graphs, etc.).
