As a Service Writer, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You'll clearly communicate their needs to our technicians, provide accurate estimates, and keep customers updated on the progress of their vehicles. Your bilingual skills will help us better serve our diverse community, and your reliability will keep the shop running smoothly.
Customer Communication : Greet customers, understand their automotive needs, and explain recommended services.
Bilingual Support : We prefer a candidate speak both English and Spanish to better serve our customer base.
Work Order Management : Create accurate repair orders and maintain service records.
Work closely with technicians to ensure customer expectations are met.
Address concerns quickly and help resolve customer issues with confidence and care.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) : Preferred.
Dependable & Professional : You show up ready to work and represent the Meineke brand with pride.
Excellent Communication Skills : Comfortable speaking with customers and writing clear, accurate service notes.
Customer Service Experience : Prior experience in retail, service writing, or a customer-facing role preferred.
Automotive Knowledge : Strong Work Ethic : Detail-oriented, organized, and driven to provide excellent service.
