Accounting and Payroll Bookkeeper

Job Description We are a CPA firm in Plano seeking a bookkeeper who would be responsible for helping small businesses with their monthly accounting and reporting. We offer a family-friendly work environment with flexible hours and competitive wages based on experience.
Reconciling bank statements and credit card statements.
- Payroll processing and payroll reporting.
- Understanding the chart of accounts and making journal entries
- Sales Tax Reporting.
- Able to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing.
Experience with QuickBooks, QuickBooks Online, Excel, and Word.
Some experience with tax documents and preparing tax returns.
Minimum 3 years of bookkeeping experience.
