Technical Recruiting Sourcer (Remote Contract)

We connect brands with creators and make it dramatically easier to discover talent, run campaigns, track performance, and pay creators. Today, more than 1M creators and 3,000+ brands use SideShift, and more than $100M has been paid to creators through the platform. Our investors and board include Reid Hoffman, Co-founder of LinkedIn.
We're overwhelmed with customer demand and need to hire aggressively across most teams, especially engineering.
The Role
This is a full-cycle recruiting role spanning sourcing, coordinating, and screening candidates for roles in engineering, customer success, and sales.
We have a high bar for talent and source high volume to create a talent-rich funnel and successful onsite interviews. We want someone who knows the difference between good and great talent and never settles for good enough.
This role reports to Chris Brantley, the Head of Strategy and Operations.
What You'll Do

Source 400-500 candidates for each role;
Craft creative outreach to candidates to cut through the deluge of messages they receive each day;
Conduct initial screening calls, sharing the story of SideShift and assessing talent;
Coordinate interviews using Ashby.
What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience for an early stage startup;
• Mastery of a modern ATS like Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever, etc.;
• A love for the recruiting game;
• A high standard of excellence; and
• The ability to assess technical talent.

Location: Remote; NYC preferred
Contract Term: 3 months, possible to extend.
Compensation: Negotiable based on experience/level.
