Travel RN – Key Requirements

• ✅ Minimum 2 years of acute care RN experience
• Nursing Diploma or Associate Degree (ASN) required
• Active RN license required
• ❤️ BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
• Experience supervising and delegating to licensed and unlicensed staff
• Strong assessment, care planning, implementation, and evaluation skills
• Ability to collaborate with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary care team
• Provide patient/family education and discharge planning
• Participate in quality improvement, patient safety, and evidence-based practice initiatives
• ‍ Mentor and precept staff while promoting teamwork and professional development

Core Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive patient assessments and reassessments
Develop, implement, and update individualized care plans
Monitor and document patient responses to treatment
Educate patients and families throughout hospitalization and at discharge
Ensure safe, patient-centered care while maintaining regulatory and quality standards
