Head of Marketing Management

An established, fashion-forward consumer brand is seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to strengthen customer acquisition, retention, personalization, and loyalty.
The position will have direct ownership of Email and SMS campaigns, automated journeys, audience segmentation, and performance optimization across an omnichannel customer experience. New York, NY | $90,000–$105,000 Base +Bonus + Benefits
Build targeted customer segments using behavioral and transactional data.
Manage campaign execution within Klaviyo and Attentive.
Collaborate with Creative and Performance Marketing on content, testing, and campaign priorities.
Analyze customer engagement, conversion, retention, and lifetime-value performance.
3+ years of lifecycle, CRM, retention, or Email/SMS marketing experience.
Experience working directly for an eyewear or highly relevant luxury DTC competitor.
Hands-on Klaviyo and marketing-automation expertise.
Strong customer segmentation and personalization capabilities.
Experience supporting both e-commerce and physical retail customers.
Experience briefing internal creative teams.
Shape the complete customer lifecycle.
