We remain committed to our goal of Creating Life Without Limits for People With Disabilities!General Purpose of the Job:Responsible for overall administration of assigned residences, including regulation compliance, staff supervision & training, monitoring of budgets and physical plant issues, and ensure quality of care for the individuals served.Supervise financial component.Weekly supervision of managers/assistant managers.Manage subordinate supervisors who supervise employees in the Residential Program-Managers, Social Workers; Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of these units.
