This role ensures smooth front desk operations and assists with various office tasks to maintain an efficient and welcoming environment.**Responsibilities*** Greet and assist visitors, patients, and vendors.* Answer and direct incoming calls professionally.* Verify patient information and maintain HIPAA compliance.* Manage mail, packages, and office correspondence.* Perform filing, scanning, data entry, and document preparation.* Support medical records and administrative departments.* Keep the reception area organized and professional.* Monitor office supplies, equipment, and postage.**Qualifications*** 1+ year of experience as a Medical Receptionist, Healthcare Receptionist, or administrative support professional.* Experience in hospice, home health, healthcare, or medical office settings preferred.* Knowledge of medical terminology.* Strong customer service, communication, and multitasking skills.* Proficient computer and telephone skills.**About Buena Vista Hospice**Buena Vista Hospice is part of the **Pennant Group**, a nationwide network with over 300 locations.
