About the Position
Description
We are seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Gynecologic Oncologist to provide locum coverage at a well-established academic health system in York, Pennsylvania . This opportunity offers a combination of clinic, operating room, and call coverage while working alongside an experienced multidisciplinary team. Temporary privileges are available for providers with a clean credentialing file.
Job Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive care for patients with gynecologic malignancies.
Evaluate and manage patients in both the outpatient clinic and hospital setting.
Perform gynecologic oncology surgical procedures as scheduled.
Participate in weekday clinic and OR coverage.
Provide after-hours and weekend call coverage (APPs take first call).
Collaborate with physicians, APPs, residents, and clinical staff to ensure quality patient care.
Document patient encounters using Epic EMR .
Working Hours
Assignment: September 19, 2026 – October 12, 2026
Clinic: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
OR: Typically 7:00/8:00 AM – 4:00/5:00 PM
After-Hours Call: Required (APPs take first call)
Weekend: 24-hour call coverage
Flexible 7-day block scheduling available.

Requirements
Qualifications
MD or DO degree.
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Gynecologic Oncology.
Active Pennsylvania Medical License or IMLC Letter of Qualification (LOQ) required.
DEA registration required.
Experience in gynecologic oncology surgery and inpatient/outpatient management.
Clean credentialing history preferred for temporary privileges.
