Washington Permanente Medical Group (WPMG) is the clinician-led medical group that provides care exclusively for Kaiser Permanente members in Washington state. Washington Permanente Medical Group (WPMG) is currently seeking full-time (1.0 FTE) Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine trained physician(s) to join our West Olympia Medical Center clinic team in Olympia, Washington.
Ideal candidates will have experience with telehealth and digital health-or the flexibility to incorporate virtual care into their practice.

You will have an excellent balance of patients per day and work with a centralized Telehealth Medical Center team to support your patients 24/7.

Salary Range: $279,366 to $328,666 (salary will be prorated based on FTE, new hire salaries will be based on factors such as education, training and experience.)
Value Based Incentives: Annual bonus based on organizational goals and quality metrics
Generous Employer Retirement Contributions: Upon eligibility WPMG will contribute 10.3% of your base salary to your 401(K) with additional employee contributions being optional
