Craft Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patients' needs and create individualized therapy strategies that help them meet their personal functional goals

Implement Evidence-Based Therapies: Collaborate with a Multidisciplinary Team: Work closely with fellow therapists, physicians, and nursing staff to provide comprehensive and holistic patient care

Teach therapy techniques to patients and their caregivers to encourage continued progress beyond therapy sessions

Document and Monitor Patient Progress: Keep thorough records of clinical outcomes and modify treatment plans when necessary to ensure patient success

Master's or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program

Ongoing professional development and post-graduate certifications are encouraged and facilitated

Current and active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license

NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory
