- Are detail-oriented when managing contracts, group blocks, reports, and administrative tasks.
- Are comfortable stepping in to support front desk or other departments with administrative or coordination needs when needed.
- You bring experience in hospitality, sales support, or administrative coordination.
- You have strong communication skills and can effectively support both internal teams and external clients.
- You are proficient in systems and tools that support reporting, scheduling, and general administrative functions.
- You are dependable, proactive, and take initiative in supporting both sales efforts and operational excellence.
