MLT - Medical Laboratory

We are seeking a Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) to join our dynamic healthcare team. The MLT will be responsible for performing a wide range of laboratory tests and procedures to support patient diagnosis, treatment, and research activities. This role requires a strong foundation in laboratory techniques, specimen processing, and data management, ensuring accurate and timely results. The ideal candidate will possess excellent technical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of laboratory safety and quality.

Title: Medical Lab Tech

Contract: 13 weeks

Shift: 4x10 hrs Nights

Pay Range: $1750 - $1925 weekly gross DOE

Collect, process, and analyze biological specimens such as blood, urine, and tissue samples with precision and adherence to aseptic techniques

Perform laboratory assays including ELISA, PCR, flow cytometry, immunoassays, and other diagnostic tests

Manage laboratory data accurately using Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) and ensure proper documentation

Maintain laboratory equipment, perform routine calibration, and troubleshoot technical issues promptly

Support clinical trials by preparing specimens and recording detailed results for research purposes

Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety regulations, and medical terminology standards

Assist in specimen collection through venipuncture and phlebotomy while ensuring patient comfort

Monitor vital signs when necessary during sample collection or patient interaction

Contribute to laboratory management tasks including inventory control, quality assurance, and record keeping

Travel experience required
