Guaranteed hours: 70 hours per 2-week pay period

Requirements

• License: OR Registered Nurse
• Experience: 1 year
• EMR: Epic required
• Preferred Skills: Trauma Level II preferred, Scrub experience

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide quality patient care in the Operating Room setting for cardiothoracic and vascular cases.
• Assist in surgical procedures, including CABG, AVR, MVR, and minimally invasive cardiac procedures.
• Monitor patient status and respond appropriately during surgery.
• Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure efficient and safe operations.
• Maintain sterile environment and assist with equipment as needed.

Compliance / Notes

• Call: At least 1 weekend/month plus approximately 5 weekday evenings/month.
• RTO: Include all requested RTO at time of submittal.
• References: 2 references covering 1 year within the last 3 years required.
• Holiday commitment: Must commit to working 3 of the following 5 holidays - Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day.
• Scrubs: Any color acceptable, except reddish orange.
