Qualify and deeply understand job requirements to effectively target talent.
Strategically build and nurture a robust pipeline of engineering talent, collaborating closely with recruiting partners to meet critical company needs and priorities.
Act as an ambassador for our brand, delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
Experience working on Manager and Leadership-level hires for technical requisitions.

Experience recruiting or sourcing for systems or software positions.
Background working for a recruiting agency or extensive in-house sourcing experience.
Direct experience collaborating with hiring managers and senior engineering leadership.
