RRBB Accountants + Advisors is an independent, full-service accounting and advisory firm specializing in accounting and consulting services for businesses and individuals. Union, NJ; We are seeking a skilled Bookkeeper to support a diverse client base by maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring timely, reliable reporting. This role combines technical bookkeeping expertise with strong organizational skills and client communication.
Perform bank reconciliations and general ledger reviews
Process payroll and assist with other accounting tasks as needed
Prepare journal entries and sales tax worksheets
File state tax returns upon approval from staff and/or management
Manage client accounts in a timely and effective manner
Assist with administrative functions as needed
Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM

• 56-hour workweek from January through April 15, including Saturdays (6 hours)
• Primarily on-site role, with a remote option available based on role structure and demonstrated competence

Minimum of 2 years of bookkeeping experience; Bachelor's degree required
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Multilingual skills a plus (Spanish, Portuguese, and/or Italian preferred based on client demographics)
