This flexible role allows healthcare professionals to manage their schedules while providing vital support to surgical teams in a dynamic work environment.Key Responsibilities of the RN – Pre Op:Assess patient health and readiness for surgeryProvide pre-operative education to patients and their familiesCoordinate with surgical team to ensure smooth patient workflowMonitor patient vital signs and comfort levels prior to surgeryRequirements of the RN – Pre Op:Current RN license in the state of OhioPrevious experience in pre-operative nursing preferredBLS certification required
