Full Time Cook Healthcare

Compensation: $20-$21 per hour| Full-Time

Job Summary As a Hospital Cook , you’ll prepare nutritious, comforting meals that support patient recovery and nourish staff and visitors. You’ll work in a collaborative kitchen environment, following dietary guidelines and safety standards while bringing care and attention to every dish. Your role helps create a warm, welcoming experience through food that makes a difference.

What You’ll Do Review menus and gather all prep items

Follow recipes and production sheets to ensure quality, cost control, and consistency

Maintain sanitation, safety, and proper food handling standards

Execute kitchen opening/closing procedures

Assist with training new staff

Maintain inventory, rotate stock, and document usage/orders

Ensure proper food temps (hot food hot, cold food cold)

Clean and maintain cooking equipment

Support overall kitchen operations

What You Will Bring ServSafe® Certification and State Food Handlers Card

High School Diploma/GED
