Human Resources Generalist, Payroll and Recruitment

We're looking for an enthusiastic and detail‑oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in Human Resources while gaining hands‑on experience across a variety of HR functions in a collaborative and fast‑paced environment.

In this role, you will play a key part in supporting employees throughout their journey with the organization—from onboarding and employee engagement to HR administration and compliance. You will work closely with the HR team to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations while contributing to a positive workplace culture.

Coordinate and facilitate new hire onboarding, helping create an exceptional first‑day experience.

Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality within HR systems.

Support employee engagement programs, recognition initiatives, and company events.

Assist with payroll, benefits administration, and employee inquiries as needed.

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, as well as company policies and procedures.

Prepare HR reports, documentation, and correspondence.

Provide administrative support to the HR team and assist with special projects.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred, but not required.

Prior administrative, customer service, or HR experience is a plus.

High attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
