Corporate Law Associate Attorney

Job Overview A law firm seeks a Corporate Associate Attorney to join its team in Atlanta, GA. The successful candidate will engage in significant corporate and transactional work, contributing to the firm's dynamic legal practice in the Southeast and beyond.
Duties Handle mergers and acquisitions and equity financings.
Conduct general corporate work and case management.
Collaborate with team members on complex legal matters.
Engage in pro bono cases as needed.
Requirements Minimum of three years of corporate/transactional experience.
Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills.
Admitted to and in good standing with the Georgia Bar.
Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Certifications Georgia Bar admission.
Skills Proficiency in case management.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong academic background.
