FULL TIME Associate Attorney

Discovery Management – handle document reviews, prepare discovery responses, and support interrogatory and deposition processes.

Compliance & Risk Assessment – advise clients on legal rights, obligations, and risks for compliance with applicable laws.

Team Collaboration – work closely with senior attorneys, paralegals, and legal assistants to execute strategies.

Professional Development – attend CLE programs and stay updated on law changes.

Commitment to Firm Goals – contribute to team projects and firm initiatives.

At least 3–10 years of experience as an attorney, licensed in Nevada, with a focus on General Liability or Premises Liability cases preferred.

Strong understanding of state and federal laws related to general liability and premises liability.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal software.
