$80,000 Sign-on Bonus; $10,000 relocation assistance
Productivity incentives: RVU/Quality
$4,000 CME Allowance

Join an established multi-speciality practice located in Wauwatosa, WI
Very collegial group of providers who are team-oriented and experienced with opportunity for mentorship
Call is shared with Family Medicine group - 1:12
Provider covers self M-Th evening in addition to after hours triage Nurse line
Outpatient specialty providers on campus include: Endocrinology, Cardiology, Neurology, Pulmonology, GI, OB-Gyn, Behavioral Health, General Surgery, Rheumatology, Urology, Vein Center, Dietary, Podiatry, Pain Management, Nephrology
Outpatient lab and imaging services on site
All Physicians are supported by 1 Medical Assistant
Deliver comprehensive, patient-centered primary care, including high-quality diagnostic and treatment services, to improve the health and well-being of the community.
Coordinate seamless care transitions for patients, managing specialized consultations, inpatient admissions, and collaborating with case management for successful discharge planning.
Lead or actively participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of care delivery within the clinic and the wider system.
Maintain complete and timely patient documentation and electronic medical records to ensure compliance, accurate records, and support the financial integrity of the practice.
Ability to practice autonomously and demonstrate comfort managing a solo outpatient primary care panel within a clinic environment

What You Will Need
Licensure / Certification / Registration:

Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Wisconsin Medical Examining Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Education:

~ Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.
