Conduct thorough mental health assessments to accurately diagnose emotional and behavioral disorders, utilizing standardized tools and interview techniques. \Facilitate individual, couple, and group counseling sessions, creating a safe and respectful environment for open discussion and healing. \Teach clients a variety of evidence-based coping mechanisms and self-care techniques to enhance their mental well-being and emotional resilience. \Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and primary care providers, to deliver integrated and holistic care. \Maintain detailed and confidential records of clients' treatment progress, adhering to ethical standards of practice and HIPAA regulations. \Your ability to establish rapport and foster trust will be crucial in helping clients share their experiences and feelings, guiding them toward meaningful change and recovery.
