Key Responsibilities\n \n Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to determine clients' mental health needs, identifying their unique challenges and treatment goals. \n Provide individualized therapy sessions, utilizing a variety of evidence-based techniques tailored to promote personal growth, emotional health, and resilience. \n Facilitate the development of specific therapeutic objectives in collaboration with clients, using a strengths-based approach to track their progress effectively. \n Offer teletherapy options to accommodate clients who face mobility challenges or prefer virtual sessions for their convenience. \n Maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with ethical standards and organizational policies, using our secure electronic health record (EHR) system. \n Engage in continuous professional development opportunities, including workshops and training sessions, to enhance clinical skills and stay informed on contemporary therapeutic methods. \n Patient Population / Client Focus\n The clients you will work with come from diverse backgrounds and face a spectrum of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and other emotional difficulties. You will provide support to individuals and families, facilitating healing and resilience through tailored therapeutic interventions designed to meet their specific needs.
