Key Responsibilities\n The LMFT will be responsible for a variety of tasks that directly contribute to client care and treatment outcomes: \n \n Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to evaluate the severity and duration of mood disorder symptoms. \n Collaborate with clients to develop personalized treatment plans that align with their individual goals and preferences. \n Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to address client needs. \n Provide education and support to both clients and their families regarding mood disorders, available treatment options, and effective self-care practices. \n Monitor client progress meticulously, making adjustments to treatment plans based on ongoing evaluations and feedback. \n Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare providers to ensure a comprehensive and integrated approach to client care. \n Stay informed about the latest research and advancements in the field of mood disorders to enhance therapeutic strategies. \n Maintain accurate, confidential records in compliance with legal and ethical standards. \n Participate in regular case consultations, team meetings, and professional development activities. \n Advocate for clients' needs and work to reduce the stigma surrounding mental health issues. \n Patient Population / Client Focus\n Our diverse clientele includes individuals dealing with various mood disorders, including depression and anxiety, as well as those requiring support in family dynamics. Compensation and Benefits\n We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
