We are seeking a Groundskeeper to join our team at Oakland Station in Oakland, CA. This position is responsible for the upkeep of grounds, amenities, building exteriors and leasing office, parking lots, and other community buildings of multi-family residential apartments. This is a full-time position with full benefits. 21.00 - $22.00 per hour.
Complete assigned minor and routine service requests as requested by Community Manager and Maintenance Supervisor and assist during the turn process
Inspect the community throughout the day to remove debris, and ensure all common areas and amenities are always neat and free of litter, (including but not limited to; Remove debris and remaining items from vacant units prior to starting the make-ready process, transfer trash to dumpster or storage area as applicable, and clean and maintain storage areas.
