Systems Design Engineer
Our client, a leading organization in data center and hardware solutions, is seeking a dedicated Systems Design Engineer to join their dynamic team. As a Systems Design Engineer, you will be an integral part of the Data Center Platform Engineering Group (DPEG), supporting complex systems and ensuring optimal performance in a demanding on-site environment. Address complex hardware and software issues in data center environments through ticketing systems such as JIRA.
Debug and root cause analysis of systems involving CPUs, GPUs, and related hardware components.
Monitor data center operations for issues like power outages, network disruptions, and cooling leaks, ensuring swift resolution.
Proven experience working with complex data center systems, including CPU and GPU hardware.
Familiarity with ticketing systems such as JIRA and scripting for log analysis and automation.
Ability to work physically with hardware, including installation and troubleshooting in a lab or data center setting.
Opportunity to work on cutting-edge data center hardware and systems.
Work in a dynamic setting with the possibility of travel and overtime as needed.
