Dispatcher

We are hiring - Dispatcher. All Dispatchers utilize established procedures and guidelines to execute primary job functions. This is a full-time, non-exempt level position, reporting to the Dispatch Manager.

Achieve productivity standards and goals set by the company while maintaining high quality

Analyze data from previous appointments, understand each technician's abilities, and apply this to new appointments, ensuring the appropriate technician is sent

Communicate opportunities that exist on appointments to encourage and motivate technicians, helping drive performance

Minimum of 45 wpm, and manage multiple computer screens

Strong Phone and Interpersonal Skills

Computer literacy and Data Entry Skills
