Our Corporate Office is located in the heart of Phoenix, Arizona.This position is responsible for scheduling jobs, equipment, and operators and for complying with all DOT regulations. Confidently communicate with customers to fulfill their requests.JOB DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:Coordinate and ensure the timely and accurate dispatch of rental equipment.Receive and process customer/salesman ordersAnswer incoming phone calls professionally and courteously.Review, approve, and process daily operator payroll, documenting errors and inconsistencies.Daily matching of orders with completed work tickets.Ensure customers sign all work tickets.Calculate work tickets, verifying quoted pricing.Responsible for payroll process to include creating all jobs, all payroll & credit card transactions.Post the daily schedule.Prepare and research credit memos for approval by the manager.Assign specific equipment and operators to orders and create schedules (both daily and long-term).Follow sales commissions program (proper coding for customers and territories).Maintain asset inventory and location status.Daily review of submitted quotes.Notify manager and Safety Committee of all reported incidents and ensure incident reports and drug/alcohol testing are completed.Verify maintenance request and send to the maintenance departmentMaintain operators’ hours of driving and work to follow DOT complianceOther duties as assigned.SAFETYFollow all DOT regulations.Play an active role in the development of the safety culture, making safety a natural part of all work performed.Follow all safety policies and procedures.Identify and report safety concerns.Safely perform assigned duties.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:High School diploma (or GED) plus any combination of education and experience that would provide the required skill and knowledge for successful performance of this position.2 years of experience.Excellent organization, communication, follow-through, and execution skills.Confidence in working closely with management.High level of accountability, discipline, and attention to detail.Ability to work well with a team.Ability to follow company policies and procedures.Experience with MS Office products and database systems.Ability to manage his/her own workload.Must possess strong communication skills.Must have a positive attitude and excellent customer service skills.Clean driving record.Willingness to take a drug and alcohol test as well as a background check.KNOWLEDGE OF:Knowledge of industry, must be able to use consistent exercise of discretion and judgement;Proper use of grammar, punctuation, and spelling; basic mathematics; legal and proper telephone etiquette and techniques; standard office software applications; standard office equipment;Application of data processing in the maintenance of records and reports;Computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, and Access) tools is essential;Knowledge of how to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing.SKILL AND ABILITY TO:Work intellectually in character in order to exercise independent decision making;Accurately and timely keep up with “to-dos”;Perform research and report results;Read and apply rules, regulations, and proofread material, and make necessary corrections;Work cooperatively and effectively with Management, staff, and the public;Demonstrate organizational skills and ability to prioritize work.PHYSICAL DEMANDSThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
