Test Manager
This position helps lead a team in developing hardware in the loop test system designs. The successful candidate will manage a team of engineers and technicians, providing clear direction, coaching, and mentoring under the guidance of chief engineers and the program management team.
Manage a team of engineers and technicians responsible for engineering electrical interconnects.
Provide clear direction, coaching, and mentoring to the team.
Ensure designs are properly reviewed and meet performance and schedule requirements.
Review and approve testing and evaluation methods for standard and special devices.
Assist in evaluation decisions for purchasing test equipment.

Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of related experience.
