You close the day preparing a concise update for senior leadership, highlighting wins, issues, and data-backed next steps.What You’ll OwnDesign and drive operational strategies that lift productivity and efficiency across the facility.Lead, coach, and develop a diverse team, nurturing a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.Uphold compliance with applicable industry regulations and internal policies.Partner with peer departments so operations directly support broader business goals.Spot bottlenecks and implement best-practice process improvements.Build and deliver clear, actionable operational reports to senior management.What You BringBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.5+ years of operations management experience, ideally within a comparable environment.Demonstrated success leading teams and executing complex, cross-functional projects.Strong analytical mindset with a record of data-driven decision-making.Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic setting with shifting priorities.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and operations management software.ITAR registration experience.
