Avante at Melbourne Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is seeking a Receptionist to provide administrative duties, answering phones and other day-to-day administrative functions.

Shift: 4:30p-8p

Must be able to read, write and speak English.

Must have at least (6) months experience in a clerical position.

Must have knowledge of office machines, i.e. computer, 10 key calculator, outlook, excel, word.

Customer service oriented.

Ability to answer phones professionally

Ability to use office equipment such as fax machines, photocopiers and scanners

Excel, Word

Previous work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role preferred

High School Diploma or equivalency; additional certification in Office Management is a plus
