Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Med Surg/Telemetry Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced acute care setting. The ideal candidate will have recent Med Surg/Telemetry experience, strong cardiac monitoring skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive nursing care to Med Surg and Telemetry patients
Monitor cardiac rhythms and identify changes in patient condition
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
Ensure patient safety and quality care standards are met

Requirements
Active Ohio RN License or Compact License in hand
Minimum 18 months of recent Med Surg/Telemetry experience
AHA BLS and ACLS certifications required
NIHSS required prior to start date
One recent manager, supervisor, director, ANM, or Charge RN reference required
