Overview A law firm seeks an Attorney specializing in Labor and Employment for its Boston, MA office. The position is open to Associates with 2-10 years of experience and Senior Counsel with over 10 years of experience. Candidates should be adept in a hybrid work environment and possess significant experience in labor and employment law.
Responsibilities Draft and respond to discovery and initial pleadings.
Draft and argue motions in state and federal court.
Take and defend depositions in arbitration and court settings.
Provide advice and counsel support to clients.
Requirements Licensed to practice law in Massachusetts.
Experience in handling discrimination, harassment, and wrongful termination claims.
Strong writing and analytical skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
Certifications Bar admission in Massachusetts.
Skills Excellent academic credentials.
Proficiency in legal research and writing.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
