General Maintenance and Repair Tech (Full Time)

The Maintenance Tech at C SC Management is responsible for performing a variety of duties related to maintenance, repair, and general upkeep of our properties. This includes identifying and resolving issues, conducting regular maintenance inspections, and responding to service requests in a timely manner. Full Time

Perform regular maintenance inspections and identify any issues or necessary repairs
Respond to service requests from tenants and address any maintenance or repair issues
Complete repairs and general upkeep tasks, including plumbing, electrical, painting, and carpentry work
Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities performed
Prior experience in maintenance or a related field is preferred
Strong knowledge of building systems and general repair techniques

The Maintenance Tech at CSC Management is responsible for performing a variety of duties related to maintenance, repair, and general upkeep of our properties. This includes identifying and resolving issues, conducting regular maintenance inspections, and responding to service requests in a timely manner. Full Time Maintain a clean and well--maintained environment

Perform regular maintenance inspections and identify any issues or necessary repairs
Respond to service requests from tenants and address any maintenance or repair issues.
Complete repairs and general upkeep tasks, including plumbing, electrical, painting,carpentry work, drywall, and more
Appliance repair
Experience and knowledge working on HVAC systems - install and repair • Make ready apartments - paint, caulking, dry wall, and more
Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities performed
Diagnoses and performs on a daily basis minor and routine maintenance/repair involving the following:
Electrical and plumbing (including water lines)
Water irrigation systems
Tile, carpet, flooring
Roofing, gutters, fasteners
Gas fixtures and appliances (where applicable)
Shutters, doors, cabinets, windows, sliding glass doors
Boiler, gas and electric
CPO Pool areas, tile, jacuzzi, pool furniture
Removes and transfers heavy appliances and equipment from storage area to apartment (or vice versa) as circumstances warrant. Assists in moving abandoned furniture, appliances, etc., Maintains adequate inventory of spare parts and maintenance materials to handle most common repairs and situations.
Identifies all utility meter cut--offs, apartment and fixture cut--offs, sewer cleanouts and prepares maps indicating same.
