Recruiter (hourly recruitment)

Are you passionate about connecting people with opportunities and delivering exceptional customer service? PROMAN Staffing is seeking a Recruiter to join our Hanover Park, IL branch. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven, organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced staffing environment and enjoys building relationships with both candidates and clients.

What You'll Do Recruit, screen, interview, and onboard candidates

Assist walk-in applicants with applications, I-9s, W-4s, and hiring documentation

Conduct orientations, pre-employment screenings, and client-specific testing

Manage employee dispatch, attendance tracking, call-offs, and arrival confirmations

Communicate daily with clients and employees to ensure staffing needs are met

Process weekly payroll accurately and on time

Maintain employee and assignment records within Avionté ATS

Build and maintain strong client relationships

Visit client sites to understand operations, staffing requirements, and workplace expectations

Support employee coaching, counseling, and performance management as needed

Pay: $21.00–$23.00 per hour before bonuses.

What We're Looking For High School Diploma required; Associate Degree preferred

Experience in recruiting, staffing, human resources, customer service, or workforce management

Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook

Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-volume environment

Industrial, manufacturing, warehouse, or logistics experience preferred

Bilingual English/Spanish skills

Reliable, adaptable, and team-oriented mindset
