OMCO Solar, a MacLean-Fogg Company, is hiring a Human Resources Manager at our Phoenix, Arizona facility. In this role, you will lead the full spectrum of plant-level HR functions, manage and develop the HR team, and partner with the General Manager and leadership team to align workforce strategies with operational goals.

What You'll Do as a Human Resources Manager

Lead the plant's HR function and HR team, partnering with the Plant Manager and department leaders on workforce needs and business priorities.

Oversee workforce planning, recruiting, hiring, and onboarding to support staffing requirements and operational goals.

Guide employee relations, including complex workplace concerns, conflict resolution, grievances, manager coaching, and employee development.

Support compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws; maintain HR policies, oversee investigations, and consult with legal counsel on complex matters.

Lead performance management and employee development processes, including evaluations, feedback, coaching, training, succession planning, and career growth initiatives.

Oversee compensation, benefits, and reward programs while supporting employee data and payroll accuracy through Dayforce and other HR systems.

Analyze workforce data and HR metrics to identify trends, support decision-making, and improve workforce effectiveness and plant performance.

Drive employee engagement, retention, and an inclusive workplace while advising plant leadership on HR strategies aligned with company goals.

Bachelor's degree.

Minimum of 7 years of progressive human resources experience.

Experience with Dayforce or another HRIS system.

Ability to lead and develop an HR team while aligning HR practices with organizational goals.

Strong communication and HR documentation skills, with the ability to listen effectively and work collaboratively across functions.

Ability to manage change, resolve workplace disputes fairly, and support a diverse and inclusive workforce.

Human resources experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
