Every hire matters at this stage — and this role is no exception.The RoleAs our Recruiting Coordinator, you'll own the day-to-day execution of Electra's interview process - spanning scheduling, panel coordination, and interview kit prep as our small TA team scales hiring across the company. You'll be the first point of contact for many of our candidates, ensuring every interaction reflects the caliber of team and mission we're building.You'll work directly with recruiters and hiring managers across the business, keeping a high volume of interviews running smoothly and on time.
