3+ years of Paralegal experience within Family Law or Civil Litigation

Experience managing court deadlines, calendaring, and litigation timelines

Experience drafting pleadings, legal correspondence, and court filings

Knowledge of discovery processes and litigation support activities

Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Word, and Outlook

Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills

Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven environment

Nice to Have Skills & Experience Family Law experience

Experience reviewing financial records and supporting asset division matters

Experience preparing marital balance sheets and financial tracking documents

Job Description A Family Law firm based in Colorado is looking to add a Paralegal to their team! This Paralegal will provide comprehensive litigation support to attorneys handling family law matters from case inception through resolution. Responsibilities include managing court deadlines and calendars, preparing and filing pleadings and legal documents, coordinating attorney deliverables, assisting with discovery, reviewing financial records, bates stamping documents, and preparing case-related financial tracking materials and marital balance sheets. The paralegal will serve as a critical organizational resource for attorneys by ensuring deadlines are met, court requirements are followed, and client matters remain on track. This individual will regularly interact with attorneys, clients, court personnel, and opposing counsel while balancing multiple active cases in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Strong attention to detail, ownership of responsibilities, and advanced organizational skills are essential for success in this role. This role will be hybrid in Greenwood Village, Colorado and is offering a salary of $65,000-$85,000k based on years of experience.
