Family Law Paralegal

Robinson & Henry, P.C. is seeking an experienced and highly capable Family Law Paralegal to join our Centennial team. If you’re a “fire and forget” paralegal — someone who can manage a high-volume caseload with confidence, precision, and minimal supervision — this is the opportunity for you. You’ll support a well-established family law team and play a key role in delivering exceptional client results. Application Deadline: September 8, 2026 About the Role You’ll join a busy team of 3 attorneys (2 Partners, 1 Senior Associate). You'll also be working with 1 other Paralegal on the team as well who is great to work with. We’re looking for someone who can take ownership of their work, stay organized, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. This is a hands‑on, high‑responsibility position for a true professional who values autonomy and excellence. What You’ll Do Manage an active family law caseload with minimal oversight Draft and file pleadings, disclosures, and discovery Communicate directly with clients and opposing counsel Organize cases for mediation and hearings Maintain accurate case records and meet all deadlines Collaborate closely with attorneys to move cases forward efficiently What We’re Looking For 5+ years of Colorado family law experience is most ideal Strong knowledge of Colorado Rules of Civil Procedure and local court rules Experience supporting multiple attorneys in a busy practice Excellent drafting, organization, and communication skills Self‑motivated professional who can work independently and manage priorities Pay: $52.91 - $57.69 Hourly Bonuses: Up to approximately $11,000 annually Benefits Include Comprehensive health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance 401(k) with company match Generous paid time off and holidays Supportive, team‑oriented environment About Robinson & Henry, P.C.
