Full Charge Bookkeeper
Little Rock Service Company is in search for a Full Charge Bookkeeper with an Accounting Degree to join their Accounting team. Responsibilities and duties include:
Payroll processing: Calculate wages, taxes, and deductions.
Financial reporting: Prepare, analyze, and summarize daily, monthly, and yearly financial reports (e.g., Trial Balance).
General ledger maintenance: Maintain the general ledger and prepare documentation for tax filing and audits.
Data entry and recording: Accurately record day-to-day financial transactions, including sales, purchases, expenses, and payments.
Accounts payable/receivable: Issue invoices, manage collections, and process vendor payments.
Reconciliation: Reconcile bank, credit card, and vendor statements to ensure accuracy.
Must have experience with full charge bookkeeping and Degree in Accounting preferred, stable work history & great references! Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm!
