We are seeking a qualified LPN to join our family of caregivers. New grads are always welcome! We offer a variety of shifts, including 7p-7a.

Provide direct patient care to residents and patients under the direction and supervision of a professional nurse

Assist in the implementation of individualized treatment plans for each assigned resident

Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and participate in their evaluation

Provide nursing services and conduct thorough evaluations of each resident's medical status

Must possess a current, unencumbered, active state license to practice as an LPN

Experience in Skilled Nursing/Rehabilitation facilities preferred
