The Facilities Technician performs preventative and general maintenance tasks, installations, general cleaning, and other tasks as assigned.
Responsibilities

Deliver internal and external guest service in accordance with company service standards.
Performs all duties in a polite, professional, and responsible manner.
Perform general maintenance including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and dry wall repairs.
Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and repairs as directed.
Complete ready repairs such as cabinet installations, restroom fixture repair, lighting fixture replacements, etc.
Inspect and adjust property equipment as necessary.
Collaborate with other Facilities Team Members and Departments on tasks and projects.
Assist in the installation or relocation of equipment and property furniture.
Uses hand tools and power tools in making maintenance repairs.
Participates in general cleaning, painting, and repair work.
Perform exterior maintenance, snow removal and salting as necessary.
Attend departmental and company meetings.
Adheres to all safety procedures and keeps work area clean of debris.
Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Ability to maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
• Available to work required schedule which may include night, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• 2-3 years' maintenance experience specializing in skills related to carpentry, plumbing, painting, electrical, roofing or HVAC preferred.
• Valid driver's license.
