As a Member Service Representative for our Altamonte Springs branch, you’ll be the first step in helping our members live financially free. Welcome members with a friendly and professional attitude, ensuring every interaction is personal and positive.

Perform routine teller transactions with accuracy and efficiency, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and check cashing.

Educate members on FAIRWINDS products, services, and digital tools such as mobile and online banking, helping them manage their finances more conveniently.

Assist members with account questions, service issues, and general inquiries, escalating as needed to resolve concerns quickly.

Maintain balancing standards and operational compliance for all transactions.

Support branch goals by identifying member needs and referring them to appropriate teammates for lending, account services, or investment solutions.

Participate in individual and team coaching sessions to build product knowledge and improve member service skills.

A strong desire to serve others and help them improve their financial lives.

Comfortable handling cash and working with technology in a fast-paced environment.

Previous customer service, retail, or cash handling experience is a plus, but not required; Enjoy 11 paid holidays and generous paid time off to recharge and reset
