Job Title: Senior Systems Engineer

Location: Naples or Sarasota, FL (Onsite)

Required Experience

• 10+ years of hands-on Systems Engineering experience
• Strong infrastructure background supporting mid-size environments
• Experience with Networking, Servers, Desktops, VMware, and Microsoft Azure
• MSP (Managed Service Provider) experience preferred
• Stable work history (no multiple short-term assignments)
• Experience working directly with clients
• Excellent verbal communication skills

Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, and support IT infrastructure environments.
Manage and troubleshoot networking, server, desktop, VMware, and Azure environments.
Provide technical support and infrastructure solutions for clients.
Perform system upgrades, maintenance, and performance optimization.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure reliable and secure IT operations.
Resolve complex infrastructure issues and provide technical guidance.
