HR Generalist - Employee Relations & Engagement

Under the direction of the Talent Business Partner, the HR Generalist will partner with employees and managers to deliver a positive employee experience. This role plays a key part in supporting Talent initiatives, employee relations, engagement efforts, and Talent cycle processes while building foundational business and Talent expertise.
Support employee experience programs including engagement surveys, skip-level meetings, stay interviews, exit interviews, and action planning initiatives.
Gather and organize employee feedback and Talent data to identify themes and opportunities for improvement.
Help foster an inclusive and supportive work environment where employees feel comfortable raising questions and concerns.
Support execution of core Talent programs, including performance management, talent and organizational reviews, internal mobility, employee development initiatives, and other Talent cycle activities.
Maintain accurate employee records and Talent data within applicable systems.
Support Talent initiatives and special projects as assigned.
Conduct intake and documentation for routine employee relations and performance matters while partnering with Talent Business Partners to determine appropriate next steps.
Maintain compliance with company policies, documentation standards, and data accuracy requirements.
Identify and escalate complex employee relations, compliance, or organizational concerns as appropriate.
Gather and organize Talent data to support reporting, insight generation, and decision-making.
Assist with implementation of workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, and employee development initiatives.
Demonstrate a foundational understanding of business operations and Talent practices to support day-to-day Talent activities.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field and/or equivalent experience.

• 1-3 years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Operations, Talent Management, or a related business support role.
• Experience supporting employee-related programs, performance management, engagement initiatives, or HR processes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Experience using Workday or other Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS).
