CNC MACHINISTS - FULL TIME

Machines: CNC mills and lathes; CAM Software: This is a hands-on setup machinist role for someone who wants ownership of the complete machining process—not just loading parts and pressing cycle start. You will be trusted to prepare workholding and tooling, touch off tools, adjust offsets, monitor machine performance, and confirm that finished parts meet the print. The work calls for a machinist who understands how setup decisions affect consistency, cycle time, and quality.
You will work closely with programmers, quality, and shop leadership while running CNC mills and/or lathes. Haas, Makino, Mori Seiki, and Mastercam experience are useful, but the core requirement is the ability to independently own setups and keep production moving.
⚙️ Complete CNC machine setups, including workholding, tooling, and offsets
Touch off tools and make adjustments during production runs
Operate CNC mills and/or lathes
Inspect parts against specifications and address process variation
Monitor machine performance and identify improvement opportunities
Communicate with programmers, quality, and leadership
Machines, controls & software

✅ 3+ years of CNC machining experience
~ Comfort with tight-tolerance work and in-process inspection
